In principle, we charge an hourly rate agreed upon in advance, which allows a precise and verifiable indication of the amount of time our lawyers devote to a particular Client. The hourly rate depends, among other things, on the expected work input and on the extent of the task, which means that the extent of the task determines the application of preferential rates previously agreed upon. In the case of tasks that require specialised know-how, we employ the services of specialists who cooperate with our firm, including tax advisors with international experience, whose fees we include in our own fee, after prior consultation with our Client. We are interested in long-tem cooperation based on mutual trust, therefore when we apply a fixed monthly charge for our ongoing legal advice.
